The client, a prominent banking and financial regulatory body in India, needed complete visibility across a nationwide video surveillance deployment of 5,000 cameras spanning 20 locations on Milestone XProtect VMS. The challenge was to bring the health of cameras, recording servers, and the underlying network under a single operational dashboard, detect failures proactively rather than waiting for branch personnel to report outages, automate system health and availability reporting, and speed up incident response — all without disrupting the existing XProtect deployment.
