The client, one of India’s top 5 global IT consulting companies, needed centralized visibility across a Pan-India video surveillance deployment of over 12,000 cameras running on Milestone XProtect VMS. The challenge was to bring real-time camera health monitoring under a single pane of glass, eliminate manual effort in identifying offline devices across multiple cities, automate daily health, inventory and storage reporting, and unlock advanced analytics — including alarm and trend analysis — without disrupting the existing XProtect deployment.
O-Insights for Milestone XProtect was implemented by Conexao Technology Solutions together with Milestone Systems India and Atos Global LLP, delivering its Dashboard, Reporting and Genie (AI-powered NLP query engine) modules on top of XProtect 2025 R1.
